Terms of Service

Welcome to Vertech Logic OS ("we", "us", "our"), a registered UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) in Indonesia operating under NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha).

By accessing or using our platform at velos.pro (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide the following services:

• •SaaS Products — Cloud-hosted software solutions with subscription-based pricing
• •Source Code — Licensed software packages for self-hosting
• •Custom Development — Bespoke software development services
• •Consulting — Technical consultation and advisory services

• •You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• •You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• •One person or legal entity per account; accounts are non-transferable

4.1 Currency

All base prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices displayed in other currencies are approximate conversions and may vary.

4.2 Down Payment (DP)

4.3 SaaS Subscriptions

• •Billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• •Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period
• •No prorated refunds for partial billing periods

6.1 Source Code Products

• •You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code
• •You may modify the code for your own use
• •You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or white-label the source code
• •Original copyright remains with Vertech Logic OS

6.2 Custom Development

• •Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom-built code specific to your project
• •Shared libraries, frameworks, and tools used remain our intellectual property
• •We reserve the right to reuse general techniques, patterns, and non-specific components

6.3 SaaS Products

• •You retain ownership of your data
• •We retain ownership of the software, infrastructure, and platform

7.1 Bug Fix Warranty

• •All delivered products include a 30-day bug fix warranty from date of delivery
• •Bugs are deviations from agreed specifications
• •Feature requests beyond original scope are not covered
• •Additional warranty terms may be established through a private agreement between the buyer and seller, which shall take precedence over this default policy

7.2 SaaS Uptime

• •We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• •Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

You agree not to:

• ✕Use our services for any illegal purpose
• ✕Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• ✕Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• ✕Distribute malware or harmful content
• ✕Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing in accordance with:

• •UU PDP (Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi) — Indonesia
• •GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) — for EU users

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• •We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

• •By you: You may stop using our services at any time
• •By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violation
• •Upon termination, your license to use our products is revoked
• •IP, liability, and governing law sections survive termination

• •We may update these Terms at any time
• •Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification
• •Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through deliberation (musyawarah) first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts in Indonesia.
